Long before Brunch Boss hit the streets, Karl’s career began as a young kid working at McDonald’s—an experience that sparked a lifelong connection to hospitality, operations, and customer service. From those early days, he developed a strong foundation in what it takes to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences for customers.

That foundation grew into a successful and extensive career in the gaming industry, where Karl spent decades leading teams, managing complex operations, and creating engaging guest experiences at scale. Throughout that time, one thing remained constant: his commitment to service excellence and his passion for bringing joy to others.
