Brunch Boss is truly a family affair.

The business is owned and operated by Karl Weber and Tracy Whitling, who are engaged to be married and have enjoyed building Brunch Boss together during evenings, weekends, and whatever spare time they can find. What began as a shared dream has evolved into an exciting new adventure that combines Karl's passion for cooking, hospitality, and customer service with Tracy's experience in leadership, strategy, and business operations.

Karl was born and raised in Edwardsville, Illinois, and later settled in St. Peters, Missouri, where he raised his family and built a successful career in the gaming industry. His professional journey began as a teenager working at McDonald's, where he learned the fundamentals of customer service, teamwork, and operations. Those early experiences helped shape a career centered around creating exceptional guest experiences and leading high-performing teams. Today, Brunch Boss allows Karl to bring together a lifetime of hospitality experience with his love of cooking and serving great food.

Tracy serves as a senior leader at Denver International Airport (DEN), where she leads teams focused on analytics, innovation, and operational improvement. While her full-time career keeps her busy, she is excited to support Brunch Boss behind the scenes by helping with strategic planning, business development, technology, marketing, and day-to-day operations whenever needed. You'll also find her lending a hand during evening events, weekends, and special occasions.

Together, Karl and Tracy are proud to be building Brunch Boss alongside Tracy's three daughters, who have fully embraced the family's newest adventure. While Karl may not have been there from the beginning, he has loved becoming an important part of their lives and is excited to share this experience with the entire family.

Norah, age 19, is a recent graduate of Horizon High School and already has an impressive background in customer service. She has worked for both Olive Garden and Starbucks, gaining valuable experience in hospitality, food service, and guest engagement. She currently works for TFI Consulting, where she provides social media support and content creation. At Brunch Boss, Norah will combine these skills by helping manage social media, delivering outstanding customer service, and crafting espresso drinks for guests.

Audrey, age 16, is currently a student at Horizon High School. Between maintaining her academic responsibilities, competing in cross country, and playing tennis, she stays incredibly busy. Despite her packed schedule, Audrey is excited to pitch in whenever possible and help keep Brunch Boss running smoothly.

Anna, age 12, is the youngest member of the team and one of Brunch Boss's biggest supporters. While she's not quite old enough to officially work on the truck yet, she's eager to help however she can and is already counting down the days until she's old enough to join the crew.

Together, we're more than just a food truck. We're a family pursuing a dream, sharing our love of brunch, and creating memorable experiences for our community.
